Management Services

Our website allows us to advertise your vacant property 24 hours a day until it's rented

In addition to our website, we will also generate ads to place on numerous other rental websites and any other advertising which is desirable

All prospective tenants are screened for Criminal, Eviction, Employment, and Credit history

Property market rental evaluations

We collect monthly rents and allow tenants to pay online, which reduces bounced checks

We collect security deposits and hold them in our trust account

We supply all documents (i.e. – application, lease, pet addendum, etc) to meet all Landlord/Tenant laws

We use state of the art software to help manage your assets more efficiently and effectively, reducing costs to you

We offer 24 hour emergency services, so that you don't have to answer that call at 2:00 am

We handle any and all issues that arise with tenants

Create and distribute an itemized monthly financial report to the property owner detailing all costs for that specific month and year to date

Disperse all tenant refunds and supply proper documentation

Take pictures of property ready for rental prior to showing or move in (video will be available upon request only), this also reduces tenant issues

Obtain bids and notify our clients prior to any expenses regarding their property

Constantly communicate with our vendors in order to achieve the best prices available and timely completion of projects
